We are dedicated and hardworking, and we are currently seeking a casual Administration Coordinator to join our team on the Northern Beaches. This is a casual role working up to 12 hours / 2 days per week. Opportunity for additional hours in the future. Our office is located in Mona Vale.

- 2+ years’ experience working in administration or other relevant position
- Previous customer service experience
- Competent skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to fit into a small business culture
- Accurate typing skills and data entry
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Calendar Management
- Email Management
- Client Management
- Social Media Scheduling and Management
- Website Management is a big plug but not required
- Casual position with flexible hours with room for growth
