We are dedicated and hardworking, and we are currently seeking a casual Administration Coordinator to join our team on the Northern Beaches. This is a casual role working up to 12 hours / 2 days per week. Opportunity for additional hours in the future. Our office is located in Mona Vale.

About You: 

  • You love supporting customers. You are detailed, systematic and a good communicator (verbal and written).
  • You have strong technical skills and you are able to multi-task and work to deadlines.
  • You are mature, self-motivated and able to self-manage. You’re a great support person and team player but also work well on your own.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach is essential.
  • This is a great role for someone returning to the workforce and looking to expand their skills.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in administration or other relevant position

You have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Competent skills in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to fit into a small business culture
  • Accurate typing skills and data entry
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task

  • Calendar Management
  • Email Management
  • Client Management
  • Social Media Scheduling and Management
  • Website Management is a big plug but not required
